I offer a non-judgmental, empathetic space to explore the issues that surface for you, or your teen. I am approachable and understanding, with an ability to relate to a wide-range of people and their experiences. I work in a dynamic and practical way, helping the client to develop skills that facilitate growth and autonomy.
I work using an integrative model, based on psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy, drawing on attachment and existential theory. With an Undergraduate Degree and M.Phil from the University of Cambridge, Qualified Teacher Status and a Doctorate in Psychology & Psychotherapy, I have a strong academic backing to my work.
My experience ranges from prison, rehab, secondary schools and counselling services, as well as private practice. I work with adolescence and adults, as well as supporting parents and schools of children that are struggling. I support clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, as well as other cognitive, behavioural and emotional difficulties.
In the current climate I offer online and telephone sessions.
